Likewise with 15 years experience in Nurse Staffing and Locum Tenens, he spearheaded one of the most innovative approach in nurse staffing solutions and home care as business units of ESSENCIA.
Alfred finished Marketing Management with minors in Accounting, Graduated both from DeLa Salle University (Cum Laude candidate and Gold Medalist - Best Thesis) and UIC Executive MBA as well as speaks four languages.
Chona Marie Harding - Managing Partner & Consultant
Chona Marie is one of the core and founding officers of ESSENCIA.
An Accounting and Finance graduate from St Louis University commenced her career as an Auditor from Carlos Valdes and Manila Broadcasting Company. She eventually migrated to UK and worked as Address Management Administrator of Royal Mail.
Chona is a consistent honor student, a Valedictorian from Grade to High School and graduated College - With Honors. She's one of the best copywriters in town having conceptualized the HR guidelines and policies of ESSENCIA and is bilingual.

Mimi graduated both in Political Science and Business Management from St Louis University and Robert Morris University respectively .
With double majors, she embarked a career in one of Chicago's law firms and iikewise established a business in Home Care.

Shara Johnson - RN
Nurse Administrator
Shara has been with ESSENCIA since 2014 as Nursing Supervisor. She initially completed her LPN 2012 and finished her RN course and eventually passed the NCLEX 2015.
She's currently working part time with a Skilled Nursing Facility and focuses her time with her own family and building client relationships and manages the medical and clinical aspects of ESSENCIA's 3 Business Units.
Eliezer Kost - COO and Finance Director
Our CFO - Eli is a B.A. graduate from Hebrew Theological College with Honors.
Eli started as ESSENCIA's Manager, previously worked with CSTN/ Kokua as substitute teacher for grade and HS till he joined ESSENCIA 2014. Eli started as the Team Lead of Nurse and Caregiver hiring/ recruitment, training and deployment to client Facilities inculcating such ESSENCIA core values of integrity, dedication , patience and true compassion of work of each individual ESSENCIA worker, until 2015 he was promoted as COO and Finance Director of Essencia in charge of planning and managing the financial flow of funds for every branch location of Essencia.

Bia Mae is only 23 but is already a consummate Healthcare Professional.
She's a Licensed CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) and Associates Degree from Hawaii Pacific Health (one of the two largest hospitals in Hawaii), worked with a Home Health Agency including a fire and security company. Her career expertise is not only on Healthcare but also on administrative duties. being a paramedic and medical assistant.
Bia Mae's passion is being proactive in the senior healthcare community by assisting improve their lifestyle and mental health.
Doug Sisson

Doug Sisson is the Human Resources Communications & Client Services Manager at ESSENCIA Home Care and Medical Staffing, Inc. Most recently he worked for Accenture and his Clients were Facebook and Verizon Wireless. He has 12+ years of Marketing and Human Resources experience along with Sales, Operations and Account Management experience working for McFarlane Douglass. Doug also has extensive Event Design experience working for HMR Designs in Chicago and Sillapere in San Francisco. He worked in New York City in Financial Services doing Digital Marketing at JP Morgan Chase, Barclays Wealth Management and HSBC. Doug graduated from Middlebury College where he Majored in International Studies and Minored in Spanish -- with extensive course work in Political Science, Psychology and Religion.

Riley graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. His first position after college was at Raytheon, but he felt a calling to use his analytical skills to educate middle school students at Horace OBryant School in Key West, FL. Eventually, he transitioned to become an Analyst at Prairie Hill Holdings in Lake Forest IL. His motivation to enter the healthcare industry stemmed from his caregiving experience before college, which reinforced his commitment to compassion. Just before joining ESSENCIA, Riley embarked on an incredible adventure in Asia, which provided him with a fresh perspective on managing the Midwest and East Coast Division of ESSENCIA.
Chris Kearns

Chris is currently studying Nursing at the University of Central Florida. He has a strong background as an EMT Third Rider and possesses knowledge in Anatomy, Medicine, and Emergency Care. Before joining ESSENCIA, Chris served as the President of Mosly Pre-Med, worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, and owned his own business, Mystyx Co. There, he showcased innovative products and managed all facets of the business, including product formulation, sales and marketing, as well as administrative tasks.
Zachary D. Chenault

Zachary after being discharged honorably from US military service at young age of 18, started his career in the hospitality industry working as Hotel & Restaurant Service Manager in several establishments. In 2019 he joined ESSENCIA as Admin Officer training Nurses and Caregivers and in charge of their deployment. He was recently promoted with a wider responsibility handling all 15 Branches of ESSENCIA here in the US.
Zachary loves to travel and cook and hopes to fly to Bora Bora sometime soon.
