Alfred finished Marketing Management with minors in Accounting, Graduated both from DeLa Salle University (Cum Laude candidate and Gold Medalist - Best Thesis) and UIC Executive MBA as well as speaks four languages.
Chona Marie Harding - Managing Partner & Consultant
Chona Marie is one of the core and founding officers of ESSENCIA.
An Accounting and Finance graduate from St Louis University commenced her career as an Auditor from Carlos Valdes and Manila Broadcasting Company. She eventually migrated to UK and worked as Address Management Administrator of Royal Mail.
Chona is a consistent honor student, a Valedictorian from Grade to High School and graduated College - With Honors. She's one of the best copywriters in town having conceptualized the HR guidelines and policies of ESSENCIA and is bilingual.

Shara Johnson - RN
Nurse Administrator
Shara has been with ESSENCIA since 2014 as Nursing Supervisor. She initially completed her LPN 2012 and finished her RN course and eventually passed the NCLEX 2015.
She's currently working part time with a Skilled Nursing Facility and focuses her time with her own family and building client relationships and manages the medical and clinical aspects of ESSENCIA's 3 Business Units.

Doug Sisson is the Human Resources Communications & Client Services Manager at ESSENCIA Home Care and Medical Staffing, Inc. Most recently he worked for Accenture and his Clients were Facebook and Verizon Wireless. He has 12+ years of Marketing and Human Resources experience along with Sales, Operations and Account Management experience working for McFarlane Douglass. Doug also has extensive Event Design experience working for HMR Designs in Chicago and Sillapere in San Francisco. He worked in New York City in Financial Services doing Digital Marketing at JP Morgan Chase, Barclays Wealth Management and HSBC. Doug graduated from Middlebury College where he Majored in International Studies and Minored in Spanish -- with extensive course work in Political Science, Psychology and Religion.

He was recently promoted with a wider responsibility handling all 15 Branches of ESSENCIA here in the US.
Zachary loves to travel and cook and hopes to fly to Bora Bora sometime soon.
